The Samiweng Singers (an SSAA choir) is the official chorus of Ilocos Norte National High School, Laoag City. It is composed of musically-inclined students taken from best sections of the school.
The choir's repertoire includes Ilocano, Latin, English pop, and Tagalog songs. Mr. Robert Delgado is one of the choir's arrangers.
Mr. Robert Caluya is the choir's conductor. He was the conductor of the NAMCYA NATIONAL CHAMPIONS-INNHS Youth Choir and Samiweng Singers. He has brought his choirs to National Music Festivals in Iloilo(1991), Davao(1994), Ilocos Norte(2000), Intramuros(wOW pHILIPINES-2003), and CCP(1999, 2002, 2003). He is also the conductor of the Sagibsib Performing Arts Troupe Chorale. They had their extensive concerts in the USA(1997,1998,2000) and Australia(2001). He has also been given the opportunity to observe the James Cook Chorale Univ. Chorale in Townsville, Queensland, Australia and the LOBOC CHILDREN'S CHOIR. He has attended numerous seminars and workshops of choral conductors and musicians such as Paguio, Rivera, Veneracion, Magdamo, Velasco, Navarro, Palaruan, Acoymo, Quinitio, Kleiner, San Pedro, Kasilag, Santos, de la Pena, Rao(Canada), Pohjola(Finland), and Lamprecht at the University of Port Elizabeth Choir(South Africa). He is a former recipient of the NCCA and Phil. Society of Music Education scholarship program at the Phil. Normal University.

The Samiweng Singers Batch 2003 was composed of 26 regular members and four trainees who are carefully selected from the school. The senior members are from the Special Science Class curriculum and the other members are from the Special Program for the Arts.
