In the second part of the introduction, Andy tells of his experience on the track and football teams and being tracked by Mr. Green and Mr. Blue, two military men who seem to be interested in him and have apparently enlisted him into one of their projects, without with consent or knowledge. It makes the reader wonder how many other boys were tracked and what happened to them. Are they still alive or dead? When an author mentions the Illuminati, you think of those who control all the money and wage wars so they can make a killing off the bloodshed. When you think of your government, you think of elected officials and the military, the CIA and the other agencies of government. The government is not the elected officials. The government is comprised of those unknown faces, who appoint the puppet President and own the CIA and the police and have dirt on members of Congress and have the Supreme Court under control, as well. The naive point of view has no idea that the Illuminati is sending out military men to track an athlete for some secret project they are running and they couldn't care less about the damage they do to his life. So, when I say government, I'm not talking about some guy who lives in the White House, gets his orders and does what he's told, so he can continue his golfing and having fun pretending that he's running the country. Andy Pero was victimized by those who are really in Control, because he has special skills that they want to use for their own purposes and so they turn an innocent kid into a killer, an assassin and I'm dying to know who he assassinated and why the government or Illuminati wanted that person dead.
Andy also discovers in this episode, that his skills in reading people should not be practiced on everyone, especially a coach who is having marital problems. He is bullied into not doing his best and not showing up for an important Thanksgiving game, because of a dominant older boy, who is afraid that Andy will steal his thunder. Knowing the fearlessness of the Andy Pero, later, it's surprising to me that he backs down from threats made by the older boys and yet stands up to the coach, who repeated tells him to get off the field, because he has no hope of playing, as a result of the comment Andy made about things working out with the coach and his wife.
