Salmon and Steelie runs are looking good right now. Most hookups are with salmon but fall runs of steelhead are making their moves.

I absolutely love fishing in the Ucluelet area for Halibut. I truly believe it is one of the best places Ive even had the experience to fish in my life time for fast pace Halibut. Ive fished here in my home state of Washington and for years in Alaska for halibut. But for some reason the halibuts just taste alot better out of Ucluelet waters especially around the 25-35 pound range. Once again his is just my opinion.
