The Outsourcing has to stop now! Its hurting Indian sci&tech! We Indians , lot many of us have become way too arrogant in our representation. Sure we invented lot many important things in last century and before that, but, how about last 40 years? How many Nobel prizes have we won after sir C.V.Raman in science?
The IIT Myth:
IIT's the system is fucked up and its of no use, IITs havent produced any driving technologies for the Industry. neither did IIT nominate for Nobel prize , none of them have produced anything which accounts for any significant science and engg prize or industry driving techs.
I am talking about India only. Vinod Dham wasnt the inventor of pentium , he was a manager for that project thats it!
Even a less known University of Applied sciences in Germany has invented something significant! A german university which is relatively ranked far behind the IITs has shown the world the way to run cars with highest speeds on a direct ethanol fuel cells. shame on us Indians, we are 1,3 Billion and a lot many of us are arrogant; but we could do little more than web and IT solutions in past 8 years!
