Also, my "proof and evidence" for the non existance of GOD is the lack of proof an evidence for the existence of GOD.

Or, a group of youths obstructing police officers by blocking the path to their car. They were luckym because they were also breaking the law, and could of been arrested.

When relirion is allowed into governement, you get Crusades, Inquisitions, pogroms, and the persecutiuon of scientific thought. Christianity was responsibility for the Dark Ages, and the culling of religious power brought about the enlightment.
