Her specialty is helping you shift your yoga practice to the next level, fast--both on and off the mat. This isn't your average yoga practice--it burns more calories in less time, and tones your whole body as you learn to move to and from your core strength.
Sadie's book will help you align as powerfully in other areas of your life, like relationships, money, health, and self-esteem as you're doing on the mat.
It's a creative new program with fun yet effective actions you can take right this instant to have the life--and love--you know you deserve.
Sadie also holds a Journalism degree and writes mind/body articles for Fit Yoga, The New York Post and YogaEverywhere.com. She has been covered in Fit Yoga (The cover and cover story, April, 2007), the New York Times, NPR, CNN, Time Out New York, Martha Stewart's Body and Soul, and the New York Post, among others.
She currently teaches to packed classrooms at The Fierce Club yoga studio in New York City, as well as having an online audience of between 500,000 and one million viewers per month for her mind/body podcasts and downloadable audio classes at PodcastGo.com and iAmplify.com.
Sadie has been studying Eastern and Western philosophies like Buddhism, yoga, anatomy, energetics and science for 15 years. She's a master teacher, and a no-nonsense visionary, and she'll re-route you towards health on any and all levels,
Sadie's playful, fiery style ignites classrooms and readers alike, as she leads the way towards the most effective, powerful alignment in one's body, mind and heart.

I love each and everyone of your videos; thank you! Could you please make a video on shoulderstand? I am not so interested in how to do the asana, but how safe it is and what precautions should be taken. I believe you mentioned in one of your videos that you do not practice shoulderstand, but I would be most grateful if you could share your opinion on this asana. Thanks!
Nice to see an old channel! Have a great week, namaste.
