I love each and everyone of your videos; thank you! Could you please make a video on shoulderstand? I am not so interested in how to do the asana, but how safe it is and what precautions should be taken. I believe you mentioned in one of your videos that you do not practice shoulderstand, but I would be most grateful if you could share your opinion on this asana. Thanks!

Even though I'm 11, I hope I could do your yoga! I'm overweighted. I was 110 pounds. Today, I did your yoga, and I became 102 and 5 ounces. Thank you for your yoga! It helped a lot! My goal is to reach 84! Thank you! :)
