My July yoga goal was side crow. Today on July 19, I rocked it. Thank you for your great tips. At the beginning of the month, I wasn't sure I'd make it!

hey, How do i knw whether i've advanced to an intermediate or advanced level. I'm flexible enuf 2 ouch my toes with my palms without bending my knees, Does this makes me an intermediate level yogi? I can't bend my back more than 40 degrees. Am I a beginner?
