My main passion is my music: (Plan to finish an actual CD THIS YEAR!)

Next - Real Estate

I enjoy recording for hours, instrumental music, Jazz based with my own twist, and since I try to get it perfect (Nobody ever here's it, but a chosen few.) My wife says it is good like it is , But I am my worst critic!

My very first instrument was a bamboo flute that my step-dad handmade. I learned to play Herbie Mann's version of "Swing Low Sweet Chariot" by ear at the age of 10. (Only a true Jazz Fan would even know who he is LOL!!!) .

When my parents discovered that I had a gift for music, they gave me a real flute, but in those day's it wasn't cool for the guys to play flute, so I learned how to play Sax real fast.

First Alto then Tenor and got my first Soprano sax 10 years ago. Later I picked up Keyboards and drums , with soprano sax being my favorite! (Big Kenny G fan here).

I got tired of trying to schedule studio time and waiting for other musicians to finish before I could get in and do my thing, so I built my own! :) Now I play and record when I want!

I'm also an experienced plumber and had my own company and after discovering that I liked being a business owner, I began to realize that I was building the dream of someone else by plumbing their investment properties only to get a small piece of the pie.

Now I just do Plumbing Inspections from time to time for local investors that I network with in my town.

Active in Real Estate Deals consisting of Wholesale,Rehabs, and Short Sales ,and plan to buy and hold multi-family units and single family homes for specialized housing programs.

I'm currently focused on finding properties for Rehab and Buy and Hold investors and Short Sale Negotiations.

Today,my wife and I continue to work on Personal Development Skills and connect with other entrepreneurs who share the same values and ideas.

I am looking forward to connecting and getting to know other people active in the same areas who are committed to thinking and helping others Think Successful!
