I've got hundreds of hobbies which keep me busy and happy (even when I'm not in the mood to smile) As I was involved in the music entertainment industry way back when I was very young, music especially jazz is one of the things that keeps me going, no matter how tired I am. ____________________________________ What keeps me alive: Music, Jazz, John Lennon, his historic/genius musical talent, creativity, his unique character, as well as naiveness, Il Divo, Whitney Houston, Arts, Painting, Drawing, Handcrafts, Fiber Arts, Weaving, Dying, Spinning, Knitting, Social Media, Twitter (new), Traveling, England, Singing , Dancing, Smiles, Big Warm Hugs::, etc. (I have this Youtube account made [mainly consisting of music] for one simple reason - for me to be able to use some of these songs - especially those that are similar to my vocal pitch - for my own future studio recordings. _______________________________________ [Additional Note]: I don't know about you but it's been very difficult for me to get over my grief over the recent passing of Steve Jobs (10/5/11), who was one of the influencers in my life. He was not a musician by any means but was the world's top genius creator/producer of the music digital technology who changed the way the world thinks, while Lennon having been the world's historic genius songwriter/singer who influenced the world in his time. I'm pretty sure.. if Lennon didn't die, Lennon would have met Steve, and they both would have appreciated each other's talents and gifts in such a profound way. _____________________________________ So, you see..it's not odd at all for me to mention Jobs here. I see parallels between Lennon and Jobs, perhaps.. maybe.. because of the fact that I was in the music industry, as well as in the IT field thus I'm being aware of their interesting similarities in a different way, too. Interestingly enough.. both of them were influenced heavily by the simplicity of the Japanese Zen and the culture. And both of them didn't let the noise of others' opinions drowning out their inner voice but simply followed their thinking, dreams, and the intuitions... and oh, yes.. also, both were not braggadocios. I adore and am very proud of both of them.. not only because of what they had achieved to change the world but also how they lived their lives with such a great compassion for people and for the world. Look back on how sad the world was when Lennon died, and look now billions of billions of people are now grieving over Jobs' death. (-_-)__________________________ So. Now. You. Are. Here. Thanks. :) "Welcome! to my music page." Enjoy your visit. (ˆ-ˆ) (Modified w/additional comment on Steve Jobs on 10/24/11)____________________
