Hello my name is Taleb Farag, I enjoy Fitness and healthy lifestyle living. Staying positive and enjoy helping others to stay positive. Taleb Farag on facebook (if you add me on facebook PLEASE note that it was from youtube). I have been working out for 8 years, however I have only started to focus on legs the past 2 and a half years. I have done a few fitness modeling shoots as well as been on the "Ian Walling FAME centrals" as a fitness model for a T.V reality show. I was such a rookie with the flex poses in the video's on my Youtube profile (however, I will be adding a new video very soon showing my physique progress). I am also very open to all feedback as I always like improving and hearing great advice. Keep training and respect to all! Also, as of 2010 I will be adding various type of video's from more fitness to regular cell phone videos that record from being in random places (outside of fitness). The point of this channel, is that I am a versatile person with many interests that I wish to share with all of you.
