台北地檢署偵辦藝人Makiyo的日籍友人友寄隆輝涉毆傷運將案­，6號晚間約談Makiyo及同行女星丫子、湘瑩說明，檢方以「­證人」身份約談Makiyo，隨後將她改列「被告」，偵訊後依損­壞等罪嫌，諭令新台幣3萬元交保，並限制出境，丫子、湘瑩訊後則­遭請回。
