Too much to list... but I'll try anyway. Among my favorite artists are Machinae Supremacy, Nevermore, Edwin Starr, Falcom JDK Band, Dengue Fever, Savage Garden, Brenda Holloway, The Temptations... Yeasayer, Judas Priest, Mercenary (DK), Raunchy, anything Devin Townsend does, Symphony X, To-Mera, Freak Kitchen, SNK Shinsekai Gakkyoku Zatsugidan, any of the numerous Castlevania composers and arrangers, ZUN (on a good day), Go Sato (FUCK YES RAIDEN), and uh... a hell of a lot of others. Oh, and Ghost Light, my own project... which really needs to get off the ground already. Sheesh, Duke Nukem Forever is coming out before my debut album.
Books:
I haven't read anything even remotely interesting that wasn't non-fiction since, uh... 7th grade. And that was Redwall. I read all 15 of the books that I could find in middle school.
