Wanted: For murder (we think), and somehow massecring the seagull population of world 70.

The target has black hair, black shirt, green pants and apparently grayish eyes. He has recently been seen wearing a quest cape and carrying a large anchor, which is apparantly the murder weapon. He is believed to be connected with the rumours of a madman shouting "get out of Falador!" He is also...(the rest of the text has been erased)

He effortlessly held an 8 foot greatsword, which looked as though it was crafted from the very esence of magma. Behind him was the Obolisk, but somthing was not right...

Frostflame is an ancient silver dragon who's true name and age are unknown. He is extremely powerful and not to be underestimated, even if he does fight with only a fraction of his strength. He is the second-in-command of the great army of the Light and also holds the title "Dragon Highlord of Light" within the mysterious group we refer to as the Organization. Although you are most likely to encounter him in a half-dragon form wearing a dark cloak, do not be fooled, as he is most certainly a dragon. He simply uses that form for its stealth advantages.
He has an immunity to cold and acid, can manipulate (included freezing or unfreezing) water, can change the weather, walk on clouds, breathe normally in any circumstance, and has powerful healing magics. He can breathe both ice and a nonlethal paralysis gas. His skills as a swordsman are unrivaled. Both of his swords are made of ice, which he makes as soon as needed, so disarming him is impossible. He can survive years without food or water, thanks to the smaller size he usually takes (his true form holds vast amounts of both, the forms he usually assumes uses only a fraction of these). He is a great force of Light, and regarded as a sage by many. As such, he is unagressive and will not attack us as long as our true motives remain secret. He is rumoured to posses a great fortress in another realm, a land of perpetual blizzard where only dragons such as he can survive. He is weak to fire.
Threat level:GREATEST.
Priority level:LOW, as long as he does not attack us. Should he do so, his priority level will become GREATEST. That could happen soon, for he is always watching from the shadows...
