Not knocking it because this is finally deep enough to call a squat unlike most videos on here. But i have that system, and if thats the bar that comes with it, its actually a 35lb bar which would make this 215. Not that 215 for 16 is not impressive :P

Free weights are harder. AND thats a machine, you have a 2:1 mechanical advantage, sorry to burst your bubble, but that is 100 lbs, and on a machine.

It doesn't make any difference. I'm pulling the valve cover off, hopefully this weekend to try to diagnose the problem. Also have a new throttle position sensor coming cuz i got a good deal on one anyways.
