@stoneagearcher It does. However there are designated low level routes where you can exceed those limitations. Only the military can schedule and use these routes. The VR-1355 is one of those routes. If you ever look at sectional charts you can see many of these routes.

No pilot training goes on at NAS Pensacola. Its where Naval Flight Officers train. The T-2's were phased out a couple of years ago. They were replaced by T-45C's.

I'm in the States and I can't find anything called waterproof tile adhesive but I'm sure we have the same thing just under a different name. Is that an adhesive for putting up tiles in a shower? Just trying to narrow down what I need to get.
