Elohim actually means "Those who come from above". It's more than 3. Alot of Gods ( even "pagan" ones) have been squeezed into the bible. The Elohim were in reality a number of "El" gods, such as El Elyon, El Sabaoth, ElClay, El Neqamah, El Maal, El Shaddai ( the name of the God of Abraham), who was replaced by YHWH is Exodus 6. In the genesis account, in 3:22, ( in the origin Hebrew) Elohim class beings are only talking to other Elohim class beings. When one of them says "Look, man has become like one of us in knowing good, and evil...so let us", you should understand that even the very angels that were guarding the tree, were part of this Elohim.

Another telling part of the verse shows how helpless the Elohim sounded if Adam & Eve did partake from the tree of life. Very telling.

Ezekiel 14:9 has God admitting to decieving prophets. Why would He do that, when that's supposed to be Satans job?

The Hebrew word here is "pathah", and in this scripture it definetly means decieve. See Strongs hebrew Lexicon #6601 for a full discussion. So, YHWH is actively decieving a prophet, and then destroys the prophet He decieves. What does an All Mighty Intelligence need to go the route of lying in order to further His purpose? Ask the questions your church doesn't answer.

Also, do a biblical search of lying spirits, and see who usually is commanding them to lie. Interesting.

Therefore evidence is crucial to me and often difficult to assimilate and judge. I can only presume you meant Stephen C Meyer in your reply, but hey we'll call that trifling mistake an 'allegory' upon your opposition to the rational. Why pick on Dawkins for a debate all the time, there are many others I would like to see take Meyer or Berlinski on. Any of the expert witnesses from Kitzmiller v Dover School Board for starters. Creationists have taken a point that mirrors their own structure. Professor Dawkins is not the only proponent of rationality nor does he have an official position amongst other non-believers. Yet the opponents of the rational seem to see him as some form of icon to be brought down then the whole of rationality will crumble, this mirrors your own belief system, the cult of personality, rather than the rational being simply an idea anyone can embrace.

@ruthamyallan1, I did what you said, I tried the spirits of bible worshipers and I found Adventists, Baptists, Church of God, Episcopal, Mormons, Lutherans, Mennonites, Methodists, Catholics, Pentecostals, Presbyterians, etc. bible worshipers cause confusion and confusion is of the devil. So I tried the spirits and I found bible worshipers to be of the devil. Thank you for helping me, you have blessed my heart and now I will be happy forever.
