My dad worked there as a security guard a few years back. He could only work half a shift as he heard wailing and crying noises and the place has been empty for years! He is horrified that they want to build houses on the site.

Its not a distinctive voice at all as its almost like she puts on a voice to sound like anyone but herself. She is good though and a fairly good version of the song. Whether she will have another hit as big as 'once' is another story.
