I played this game for about 2 years a long time ago. Believe me the lack of a map isn't as much of a problem as this guy makes it out to be. You can press "M" to teleport to all the important places. If anything it gives the mysterious like gameplay. Not to mention you can use cords to get place...

@fortunekevin6 unlimited rings to start off with max to go super sonic at the beginning of the state. and you can use memory editors for the pc version. You can actually use various tools to do so.
