That isn't us laughing, that is just another .GIF. Both the girl and the group of guys laughing are .GIFs. Use ManyCam and load up both pictures. Start out with the GIF of the girl. When you want to switch it over, just select the other GIF you want to use, or your webcam. The switch is instantaneous.
