9-3-2010: 195 lbs. Two years down .... ready to reach GOAL!
9-3-2011: 215 lbs. Three years down.... finding balance one day at a time... I WILL get to goal!
CURRENT UPDATE: 9-12-11 After 7 months of not Vlogging on YouTube I have come to realize that I NEED this! I need to make videos to keep myself on track... to share my ups & downs with others... to inspire someone while I inspire myself! The current goal is to reach ONEderland by Thanksgiving!

Congrats on the 6.5lb weight loss way to go. I came across your channel doing a search on couch to 5K and sat down this weekend and watched all of your videos little by little. I'm just getting started on my weight loss journey due to medical issues that I've been facing for the last 3.5yrs now. I am so tired of living in denial that if I don't do something NOW I may not be around next year to see my 4 kids grow up. So... to sum it all up thank you for posting your videos you are such a inspiration to me to get up and do SOMETHING to get this weight off. May God Bless you and you continue to lose. :)
