Hello to all who visit my page, i have no vids as yet but i am planing to make some retro computer vids in the near future.

I'm a Ex-Royal Engineer of over seven years of service and now i'm in the I.T. industry and work for a large communication company as a Cisco Engineer.

I'm currently studying part-time for a masters degree in Computer Science.

I was born in Cumbria, as was my mum, My Grandad was born in Perth, Scotland and My Great great grandmother was born in Galway Ireland. my mum also has some French Huguenot ancestry. So quite a mixed bag from my old dear's side.

My Dad was born in London but from a young age moved to Cumbria. A Granparent on my dads side was from Devon/Cornwall Area, but the rest are mostley Londoners.

There is also a old family rumour that my dads side has a Welsh link, my dad was told as a lad by a Welsh cousin that his ancestors came from Pembrokshire in Wales, He does (As do i) have a Welsh sounding Surname but we cant find any proof for this, we can only dig so far lol.

I love Anglo-Saxon Art, Stories and Culture, especially Beowulf, Robin Hood and Sutton Hoo.

I also enjoy reading about Arthurian legend and the Works by Lord Byron and William Blake.

I'm a massive 8-bit freak and an avid collector of old micros and game consoles, i have been collecting for just about all my life, since dad brought home a PONG Machine in the late 70's. My real love of Micros was when my Uncle upgraded to a C-64 in 85 and gave me his Vic-20. Happy days, not only was i playing amazing games i was programming in BASIC and making my own programs from the tender age of 8 - 9. A Nerd was born lol.
I was so good at BASIC by the time i got into secondary School i was teaching programming tips to my School Computer Studies teacher.

His excuse was "I only learned Fortran" lol.
The best moment at School was my name was called out on the speaker system and "report to your head master at once", i thought i was in trouble as only the nuaghty lads got there named called.

I arrived to my headmasters office, "Mr Whore" lol
and he marched me to the computer labs where my Computer science teacher was standing with 50 brand spanking new "BBC Micros" stacked up behind him.

He got me out of leasons for the whole day to get the computers up and running in the lab, i even got one of the old Acorn Atom's to take home (Its what the BBC Micros replaced), which still works to this day.
I have been hooked ever since.

I can speak a bit of French, and i'm a little better at Spanish, so feel free to talk to me in those languages, i can do with the practice lol.

I have been living in New York for the last three years and i really love the city {I'm back in London now}
Everyone should visit NewYork at least once in their life time.

After i left the Army 4 years ago, like many who have been in the service found myself purposeless. I travelled around a bit to exercise my curiosity of the world, for about a year and a half i pretty much travelled the world. I loved India, so much that i stayed there for nearly 8 months.

I finally run out of money and i just hit 30 i felt it was time to get a honest job lol. I would loved to have travelled for longer but you cant do it forever.

My Dream is to travel the world in a beat up old VW camper van. There is too much of the world i want to see.

I'm also a massive follower of Motorsport.F1, Moto GP, WRC Rally, 24 Hours of Le Mans, Dakar Rally, Red-Bull Air-race and the British GT.Many years ago i also loved rock climbing but its hard to keep to the near athletic condition to continue as a regular sport. I want to build a Caterham super 7 (British sports car), own a classic VW Campervan, a sailboat and own a Vincent Black Shadow Motorcyclel (Don't want much do i lol)I own a MINI Cooper(Grey) and a Suzuki GSX-R600(Blue and white).
