IMO it will have the same effect on any bike, but more pronounced on bikes with a shorter wheelbase because the naturally tend to turn in / lean in faster especially the nakeds with the high handlebars.
I had the same problem riding Bridgestone 002 race tires on the street. The triangular profile makes them fall in fast at street pace and lean angles and you often have to counter-counter steer to keep the bike from leaning over too much. It was a handful in the mountains of North GA. I switch...
