Been bringing up 2 little Soay lambs, not so much a hobby as life-crushing, but oh, how I love 'em! They're out with the other sheep in the field now, but I visit them for hugs. Yes, I have become a mad old woman. But, more normally, I still love to sleep, watch lots of rugby and always, always, worship the Chabal.
Movies:
Not movies but Chuck is wonderful- Adam Baldwin is a god among men! (also a female lead who is not an annoying fool but lovely & can act!) Wallander -the grim Swedish one- oh it's fun(!) Ubercool Stefan.(aaargh, he's dead!) Love the Firefly TV series and Serenity film- Joss Whedon is great. Steve McQueen anything.
Music:
Radiohead, Interpol, REM, The Arcade Fire, Editors, Muse.
Books:
Alexander Mccall Smith novels like the Mma Ramotswe series and his novels set in Edinburgh. To Kill A Mockingbird- forever wonderful! The great & good John Steinbeck. Anything by Alan Garner including his brilliant children's books Weirdstone of Brisingamen and Moon of Gomrath. Actually I like children's books a lot!
