Actually, it appears the American people were subject to a Shock and Awe psychological warfare event perpetrated by forces within the United States Government, to create a National Security State, where police forces would become an extension of Military Forces, and the American Public would now become the main suspects. This mirrors a Coup de ta, that the CIA was involved with in Chilie on Sept. 11 1973, where a military take over of the country united the local police with the National Security police, and massive arrests, torture, renditions took place, until 2 years later when a new CIA chief expanded to all the countries of S. America as a program called Operation Condor. The CIA chief was
G.H.W. Bush.
Also, we found that 911 commission Chairman Phillip Zelikow, along with Condi Rice, in 1989, while working for President G.H.W. Bush in Europe, were key factors in creating an environment where West German freedom loving citizens would accept the merger of their culture and its norms, with the Ultra police State of East Germany.
The term for this unification was called
Rapprochement.
