The house is 800 square feet, and cost about $35k, not counting utilities. The well, septic, and power add another $25k or so. This design was what I wanted aesthetically, and is low maintenance, very energy efficient, and durable.

Spanner, that's a good point. I don't recall if the bolt holdopen overrode the closing feature until the mag was changed. I'll have to take a look at that next time I have access to the gun.
