Try playing to the version on Beast from the East. The Under Lock & Key version was changed in the mix to not be tuned to anything, whereas Beast from the East is all tuned to Eb.

Dude, the solo... where's the tapping?!! I think Lynch may have demonstrated it in an REH video he did about the time of the first Lynch Mob album, if you can find it.
