My name is Roxie, and I am preparing for gastric bypass surgery. My surgery date will be on August 19, 2009..... I just got my approval. I am very excited, yet nervous at the same time. I am going to video blog my journey into never never land. I would love to hear your comments and get help along the way in whatever method possible. Thanks!

I enjoy hangin' with my friends and family, and I love animals. I am creative and like jewelry making. Dancing and swimming are the things I love to do most. I take a hip-hop dance class 2 days a week, and my goal is to try some other types of dance throughout the next year. I tackled tap last year, so I would like to take on modern jazz and/or contemporary.
