i completely disagree. Os dev'ing (for me) is about learning the internals of your os and the hardware. The goal is not to replace anything.

Fact is, body mechanics transcend culture. Just because you are practicing judo like throws with your european longsword doesn't mean its influenced. Somebody found something that worked, and then someone across the world found the same thing (or similar)

What Ninjutsu is trying to teach is that ANYTHING can be a weapon. These types of techniques could be used with anything resembling the shape.
