Excellent review. But I don't know if I'd agree that this film has more "heart" than other Coen films. Looking past the likability of the characters, I'd say that Lebowski is just as cynical as any Coen movie (except Raising Arizona maybe). The Coen movies aren't about "heart", a word I suspect ...
