Change everything in your life that take you away from Love, change everything that is stressful to you and disturbing you from feeling the presence of the Existence within yourself. If you are concerned, then start to think about moving on, smoothly.

Love everyone you meet, everyone you talk with, because every human being is learning lessons on this planet.
Love others really. Be careful when you speak to a loving person. Ask your heart twice before you think or say something. You heart will tell you what to do and how to do it.
Taking care of loving people around you is more important than seeking contact with spiritual ETs, because they are part of the Existence too, and you must give your universal Love to them first.
HOW CAN YOU EXPECT A CONTACT WITH HIGHER BEINGS IF YOU DON'T EVEN GIVE UNCONDITIONAL UNIVERSAL LOVE TO YOUR
FELLOWS STANDING RIGHT BESIDE YOU ?
Use your heart.
In addition to being the most powerful electromagnetical part of the human body that keeps you alive, your heart is a communication tool between you and the Existence. Your heart is your transmitter/receiver for LOVE.

When you feel anxious, nervous or shy, replace your anxiety with Braveness, strength, Love and Light.
When you feel down or depressed, take a bath, a shower, or go to nature (feel the elements cleaning your energy).
Always think positive. Watch your thoughts. YOUR THOUGHTS ARE MAKING YOUR FUTURE. If you think positive your future will be positive. If you think negative guess what your future will be. DO NOT TRUST negative thinking, negative imagination, negative deductions and negative dreams (your own or others), but don't be naive. Don't blame others. You have to clean your own energy before everything else.
Be forgiving. Even very good people make mistakes by accident or because they are clumsy. You rarely can be 100% sure if someone has hurted you intentionnaly. Maybe it was just because of misunderstanding, lack of knowledge, lack of knowing, or lack of experience. Therefore, be forgiving, be Love.
Never be rancorous, or you will attract demons that want hate and revenge. Don't be fooled by the demons (dark popping thoughts). Don't be proud. Don't listen to your ego. Troubles in relationships are because of ego, pride and power.
Stay away from negative people, or people smoking or drinking.
Look for people with a higher consiousness, a higher frequency and vibration, those who are loving, friendly and giving you information for your good.
Negative people with hate, agressiveness, with negative selfishness, usually don't listen to your lightfull words. They forget rapidly what you tell them and they keep on attacking you endlessly.
Stay away from them, send them Love and Light. For them because they need it a lot, and also FOR YOU because you will then be protected from their negative thoughts and negative astral beings who want you to hate them. Love them then.
Relativize problems. There are always people suffering a lot more than you.
The real intelligence is to be living with Love, without calculations and manipulations. Never be negative.
The real intelligence is to understand the POWER of Love.
DO YOU UNDERSTAND THE REAL POWER OF TRUE UNIVERSAL LOVE ?
Eat vegetarian food, no more corpses. Eat nuts, grains, soya, cereals, and very good and varied vegetarian meals.
Drink tea instead of cofee.
Do meditation. Sit quiet and calm. Breathe deep, in, and out, visualise you are in a pilar of bright white light full of wisdom and higher knowledge, protecting you, Loving you, understanding you, healing you.
YOUR THOUGHTS MAKE REALITY. If you think about something, you create it (on another dimension). If you think about a light pilar healing you then IT DOES heal you. Remember, understand the power of true universal Love. There are no limits to the Loving mind.
