A word of warning...mine was possibly triggered by the flu jab I had at work, up until then I was healthy. Before you think about getting a flu jab weigh up the possible consequences. I will never get another one and it may even have permanently damaged my hearing.......was it worth it....NO !!!!

The Police have my full respect - they need to go in heavy handed and wipe the scum from our streets. All rioters given three minutes to disperse and if they don't bloody shoot them. Respectable people do not want such scum in our society.
