I love Dan Dennett, but I find this particular talk to be rather Eurocentric and arbitrary in that it positions the "nothingness" of Eastern philosophy at the end of the historical timeline.

@DoctorCapitalist Your fault is in seeing capitalism as nothing more than just an isolated "economic system" that has been "bastardized" by state intervention. Capitalism is a historically bounded social-political-economic system.
