	WarheadFIN (2 months ago) Ah yeah, I was more thinking about the oldie Deus Ex from the year 2000. I haven't played the new one. Maybe they'll perhaps possibly announce Episode Three or Half-Life 3 during next year's E3. There's been suspicions of rumours about hints. wink, nudge

	WarheadFIN (2 months ago) Glad to hear you're more into old-school. =) I do think the CoD-vein of games is one of the worst things about today. It's all the multiplayer progression and unlockables that I'm thinking about, for one thing. Stuff revolves too much around those. I play the current Battlefield games on the Xbox and I liked Bad Company 2, while BF3 on the other hands feels like it's gone too crazy with unlockables. It felt downright broken in the beginning.

	WarheadFIN (2 months ago) So it is. I was just thinking more of how it enables expression. But I guess not enough people think about Doom anymore. That's plenty enough discussion out of the Doom machinima, so... In other news, politically correct holiday greetings (even if a bit early) from Finland!
	WarheadFIN (2 months ago) I took a look at Doom Dudes now. The humor just didn't tickle me. And when it comes to machinimas, I reckon the old Doom isn't a very attractive platform with its crude character movement and sprites.
	WarheadFIN (2 months ago) Making that video was a process that can't be recalled entirely, as it's almost five years since. Majority of the work was done within a day, I'd imagine. I've always felt really impatient and eager to get my videos out by the time I'm done, usually doing everything in one sitting. But it was indeed a desire to make something for the reason that no one had basically done it yet. I don't know if Hudson's death scene from the movie "Aliens" (search on Youtube) was in my mind back then, but the similiarity makes me appreciate what I did even more.
