I weld every day and see no it all kids come in all the time but only last about a week even if there good.

In this field you will allways continue to learn regardless of years in the field.

I am a tig welder and some times we get a job thats thick aluminum and it calls for a lot of pieces so we will use a spool gun.

If your working out side crank the argon up to around 30-35+.

I have welded aluminum many times but only with a tig machine.

I know nothing about stick welding.

But it looks the same as when i go to weld aluminum with DC current which is used most of the time in our shop for steel.

In Ontario Canada we are allowed to ride on the street as long as it does not exceed 40 or kms.

If your not allowed to ride mopeds on the street then i understand.

you should read the instructions.

your back sprocket is off because you put both rubbers on the inside its suppose to be 1 on each side of the spoks your way the sproket is right against the spoks?

also dremel works great to make hole larger.

the minor shake would go away if you added extra white lithium greese to bearings prior to install

Just a little tip if you cut open your pop cans trace gasket and cut layer 3 or 4 times works great for EGR valves permanent fix.

Hi.

I always thought that i was suppose to spray while the car is running and rev the car a little to keep from stalling then clen top and botton of the throttle plate.

Can i of damaged any parts by spraying while running the car ?

You didn't even clean the throttle body ?

To clean the I.A.C properly you need to remove. It's only 2 bolts and a connector.

Once removed you clean the port hole and I.A.C with carb cleaner and a rag like new.

You should clean the throttle body as it can give the same symptoms as I.A.C and only ...
