I am a tig welder and some times we get a job thats thick aluminum and it calls for a lot of pieces so we will use a spool gun.

But it looks the same as when i go to weld aluminum with DC current which is used most of the time in our shop for steel.

your back sprocket is off because you put both rubbers on the inside its suppose to be 1 on each side of the spoks your way the sproket is right against the spoks?
also dremel works great to make hole larger.

I'm interested how much for the kit and does it come with every thing needed.
Just a little tip if you cut open your pop cans trace gasket and cut layer 3 or 4 times works great for EGR valves permanent fix.

I always thought that i was suppose to spray while the car is running and rev the car a little to keep from stalling then clen top and botton of the throttle plate.

You didn't even clean the throttle body ?
To clean the I.A.C properly you need to remove. It's only 2 bolts and a connector.
Once removed you clean the port hole and I.A.C with carb cleaner and a rag like new.
You should clean the throttle body as it can give the same symptoms as I.A.C and only ...

You are already better then most of the guys at my work.
You got a steady hand you should learn tig if you dont allready know how.
