I have been a student of Buddhists teachings since 1981. I have studied Tibetan Buddhism as well as Zen. My travels have taken me to India, Thailand, Nepal, Singapore, Malaysia. I am also a practitioner of Kum Nye (Tibetan Yoga), Qigong, and Tai Chi. Recently I have become interested in energetic modalities of therapy and healing, having been trained in the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Psych-K and Matrix Energetics.
I am also an aspiring lover of Blues music and I play electric guitar in the local blues jam scene in the Bay Area.
