About this user

An Englishman, who's been living in Connecticut, USA for the past seven years, since marrying my American wife, Margaret. I'm a proud dad to three beautiful daughters back in England and eight gorgeous grandchildren.

Been into all forms of music all my life. Guitar and piano being the main instruments that I aspire to play. Songwriting is my lifelong passion, and I pursue this both on my own and with several collaborators (notably Dawn Sinclair - a wonderful lyricist) on my Soundclick site at www.soundclick.com/rongletherow

Played in several bands on the London pub scene, before finally playing solo there. Still play live as a member of "Maggie's Guitar", along with my wife Margaret and friends Steve Fagin and Kevin Zito.

I've also been a lifelong fan of the music of Jim Croce, and was given the chance to portray Jim in 1998 on the British TV show, "Stars In Their Eyes".
