1) "What I disagree with is the idea that films always be expected to show black soldiers when, historically, they were a fairly rare sight in many front line areas."
**Blacks are a 'rare sight' because during that Jim Crow era white photographers were told to focus their cameras on whites. Even with the Vietnam War—Blacks played key role but are virtually ABSENT from documentaries on that war and today almost every segment on solders in Iraq and Afghanistan focuses on whites. TRY to be honest!
Could be-- According to wikipedia. HOWEVER, the person who is spotlighted in the video, Irving Burgie, worked on the video with me: so everything in it is with his hands-on approval.
I've allowed you to cloud my channel with racist nonsense over the past several days.
Provide more than the "we are white and we are right" nonsense in your future posts or this BLACK person will block you from this channel. Because you are an embarrassment to your own cause, and obviously your "white brethren" (who think like you do) lacked the integrity and honesty to chime in and say as much before I had to.
I suggest you use your remaining time wisely.
The 'reporter' has virtually NO rebuttals to Finkelstein's point of view. All she has is "people don't like the way you say things." The reporter apparently thinks her job is to attack Finkelstein's STYLE but she can't question his substance.
Hmm... I see genius: So you're saying Glenn Beck is NOT a Nazi -- He's a COMMIE! Got it. Thanks for setting me straight.
Your estimate of size of the crowd at the Glenn Beck rally is as delusional as the rest of your comment:
I suggest you consult the independent experts regarding the crowd estimate: AirPhotosLive places the crowd size at no more than 87,000. Professor Stephen Doig of Arizona State University, a Pulitzer Prize winning journalist and crowd estimate expert estimates that the crowd size was even lower, 80,000 and estimates Obama's inauguration at 800,000 (TEN TIMES Beck's rally!!!)
