I wonder what scale this Spitfire is, Jim Davis models made 2 + an ME109 at around the same size in the 70s and flew one across the English Channel. They were used for the radio rentals flying display team. Anyone remember them?

Sorry to correct you but the model belongs to Mick Higgott but was built by Ron Perrott using his own diving modules, torpedo kits,motor boxes and bow thruster.
The base hull and superstructure was manufactured in Germany by Engel
