I didn't play this game personally, but I did enjoy watching my roommate play through it all. Although he messed up somewhere and didn't get the True ending. It does have great music and is a really cool insight into Japanese teen culture.

The thing I love most about this game is that you can tell that the designers wanted people to get better and find new ways to get through it. The time based endings, the creatures teaching the special moves, the special moves themselves.

I believe I need to try and play this game again. I was among the many who were disenchanted due to the distinct differences between Chrono Trigger ad this game. I think I need to replay this as a game in its own right now that its been so many years since I played Trigger.

I like a bit of difficulty when I play my platformers and this one paled in comparison to 64. Music and atmosphere were top notch though.
