Not only management vs. hourly workers, but supervisors. Supervisor are put on salary and made to work 50,60, 70 hrs. a week with no overtime. If you do the math the supervisor would end up with a lower hourly check with no added benefits package. Everything is is a pyramid scheme.

I've noticed that consistency is the biggest thing on the internet. Shaycarl,ctfxc,sxephil all have a schedule for putting content up. If you post anything make it on a regular schedule. This goes for blogs, live streams and so on.
