This is obviously from the first season (w/Stephen Hill). Notice there was no Martin Landau in the opening credits? At the beginning, he was a regular "guest star" as opposed to a regular cast member. The next season (w/Peter Graves) he became a regular and eventually to lead character.

Howard Morris was not only a great comedian, but a fine actor and entertainer all around. In those days, you had show talent in several ways, not just play one character role in one genre and do nothing else (like some of the jerks today).
