there is a problem in the 6 speed tranny with the 1st and second gear syncros. it makes the 1st and second gear a little bit harder to get in and out of.

hopefully its not.

but if anything goes wrong on the car or you have any q's come over at audizine or audiworld in the c5 a6 ...

The "S" is only on cars with Quattro that were made in 2002+. The 2002 fwd 3.0 doesnt have the "s" and none of the Audi's until 2002 had "S" even the 4.2 of 2001 has a 432 And this is def. a 2.7

Did u make any mods to your transmission for the K04 conversion?

Common problem. nothing major. Replace your Valve cover Gaskets and check your CAM ADJUSTER SEAL. look down at your car. you might have oil leaking from the oil pan. If you do use silicon to seal it and the oil pan leak should be done for life. Also might want to check your transmission prop seal...
