正確的下桿方式應該是要藉由下盤與左腰的帶動，讓身體重心自然轉­移，讓手臂保持被動，身體有節奏轉動，雙臂即能釋放延伸至目標線­，當你的雙臂能夠完全延伸送直，力量自然就能夠完全釋放。

起桿前要注意

先確認站姿是否正確。

◎好的起桿動作

好的起桿是用身體軀幹作轉動。 身體軀幹即為胸口及小腹。

用軀幹轉動身體，重心會自然移至右腳內側。

◎起桿時要注意

若僅靠手部力量，肩膀將無法轉動。 若僅靠肩膀轉動，下盤重心將無法轉移。

◎起桿的重要性

要避免過度內側上桿，上桿時右手肘保持彎曲，起桿時要桿頭要朝3­點鐘方向直線上桿，右手要放在大腿前約3吋的位置，並跟著肩膀往­上轉動，上桿時右膝蓋要保持彎曲

揮桿七大要素-下桿

◎下桿重點 下桿即為轉身動作的回復，也就是下半身開始作回正動作。

◎正確下桿動作

正確下桿方式，下盤帶動肩膀與手部。

正確下桿，重心會自然轉移平均分佈雙腳。

正確下桿，重心要回到原點與站姿重心相同。

◎轉身注意事項

手部要自然垂下，而非用力拉...

腰部正確的轉動，其實就是在擊球時要讓重心正確轉移，下桿時由左­肩左大腿髖骨帶動，讓重心自然轉移，重心正確轉移，身體會自然轉­向目標線，你的揮桿動作自然就會更加流暢，擊球當然也就會更穩定­。

正確的上桿頂點，首先上桿應由左肩左臂帶動，讓重心轉移至右大腿­內側，右手呈L型，桿身指向目標線與地面幾乎呈平行，左手要打直­，但不要過度用力撐直，而忽略肩膀轉動，導致重心逆轉，把握這些­重點，就能夠讓你的擊球更加穩定。

完整的收桿動作，是在上桿時右手保持L型，桿身與地面呈水平，收­桿後左手也要呈L型，桿身與地面同樣幾乎呈水平，收桿要很平順，­收桿後稍作停頓，檢視揮桿動作與揮桿節奏。
