La idea Juche es, en una palabra, la concepción de que el dueño de la revolución y la construcción y la fuerza que las impulsa son las masas populares. Juche en la ideología, la soberanía en la política, el autosostén en la economía y la autodefensa en la salvaguardia nacional,son los principios invariables del paìs para asi mejorarlo de forma independiente y creativa.
La idea Juche permite crear una indestructible unidad entre el pueblo y el líder, por lo que de esta forma un estado independiente y soberano, las personas pueden utilizar su talento y energía para el beneficio común.
En el ámbito económico la idea Juche significa la autosuficiencia, por lo que con una potente producción propia y auto-militar de defensa del país no está controlada por los imperialistas.
La idea Juche permite de este modo a reprimir la crisis económica y la dependencia externa, a fin de eliminar la diferencia entre ricos y pobres y las clases para asì garantizar el florecimiento y la prosperidad de la nación.
En el área de defensa la idea Juche significa la legítima defensa, es un punto básico para justificar la protección del país mediante un invencible poder militar que proteja la patria y los logros revolucionarios de la agresión del imperialismo yanqui y sus agentes.
Durante el largo período desde que se embarcó en el camino de la revolución a una edad temprana, el gran líder camarada Kim Il Sung dirigió la revolución sin precedentes en una ardua y compleja lucha, llevado a Corea a la victoria y haciendo una gran contribución a la revolución mundial.

DPRK Foreign Ministry Spokesman on Result of DPRK-U.S. Talks
The spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea on Wednesday gave the following answer as regards questions raised by KCNA concerning the result of the latest DPRK-U.S. high-level talks:
Delegations of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) and the United States of America (U.S.) met in Beijing, China on 23rd and 24th of February for the third round of the high-level talks between the DPRK and the U.S.
Present at the talks were the delegation of the DPRK headed by Kim Kye Gwan, the First Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the delegation of the U.S. headed by Glyn Davies, the Special Representative of the State Department for the DPRK Policy.
Both the DPRK and the U.S. reaffirmed their commitments to the September 19 Joint Statement and recognized that the 1953 Armistice Agreement is the cornerstone of peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula until the conclusion of a peace treaty.
Both the DPRK and the U.S. agreed to make a number of simultaneous moves aimed at building confidence as part of the efforts to improve the relations between the DPRK and the U.S.
The U.S. also agreed to take steps to increase people-to-people exchanges, including in the areas of culture, education, and sports.
The U.S. promised to offer 240,000 metric tons of nutritional assistance with the prospect of additional food assistance, for which both the DPRK and the U.S. would finalize the administrative details in the immediate future.
The U.S. made it clear that sanctions against the DPRK are not targeting the civilian sector, including the livelihood of people.
Both the DPRK and the U.S. affirmed that it is in mutual interest to ensure peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula, improve the relations between the DPRK and the U.S., and push ahead with the denuclearization through dialogue and negotiations.
Both sides agreed to continue the talks.
The DPRK, upon request by the U.S. and with a view to maintaining positive atmosphere for the DPRK-U.S. high-level talks, agreed to a moratorium on nuclear tests, long-range missile launches, and uranium enrichment activity at Nyongbyon and allow the IAEA to monitor the moratorium on uranium enrichment while productive dialogues continue.
El secretariado del Comité por la Reunificación Pacífica de la Patria (CRPP) hizo pública el día 19 la información no. 990 en relación con que los belicistas surcoreanos intentan cometer otra vez en el Mar Oeste de Corea una grave provocación militar contra la República Popular Democrática de Corea.
La parte enemiga, que recurre frenéticamente a las maniobras de guerra de agresión contra la RPDC, anunció el día 19 a través de una altavoz instalada en Phanmunjom que desarrollaría desde las 10:30 de la mañana del día 20 los ejercicios de fuego de artillería hacia las aguas jurisdiccionales de la RPDC en los alrededores de las islas Paekryong, Yonphyong y otras del Mar Oeste de Corea.
Esto es una evidente declaración de guerra contra la RPDC y aventura muy peligrosa para atizar el fuego de la guerra.
Para colmo, los títeres surcoreanos pretenden cometer esa provocación militar con la participación de los uniformados agresores norteamericanos y hasta de un grupo internacional de visita.
Pero, esto no pasa de ser el último coletazo de la banda de Lee Myung Bak que se encuentra en la agonía por el fracaso de su política interior y exterior y el repudio de la población.
La aventura militar de esta vez de EE.UU. y los belicistas surcoreanos muestra claramente quién es el perturbador de la paz de la Península Coreana, el agravador de la tensión y el autor del empeoramiento de relaciones íntercoreanas.
Los enemigos pretenden sopesar la reacción de la RPDC con esa provocación.
Por eso, les damos esta respuesta tan clara.
Además, traerán la ruptura total de las relaciones Norte-Sur y la autodestrucción más trágica de ellos mismos.
La evolución de la situación de la Península Coreana depende enteramente de EE.UU. y la banda de títeres surcoreanos.
La RPDC no vacila ni un comino ante cualquier declaración de guerra y está dispuesta a pelear si ellos lo quieren.
Ella está preparada tanto para la guerra local como para la total.
Los provocadores lo pagarán muy caro.
El Dirigente Kim Jong Il enarboló la bandera del Songun en el severo período en que el destino de la patria se encontraba ante un dilema de vida o muerte por el gran duelo nacional inesperado (fallecimiento del Presidente Kim Il Sung), las maniobras de los imperialistas encaminadas a aplastar la República y las repetidas calamidades naturales.
Con la dinámica y abnegada dirección sobre la revolución mediante el Songun, el Dirigente trajo los milagros asombrosos y el gran cambio en la batalla por la defensa del socialismo y la construcción de un Estado próspero.
Sus imborrables proezas sirven de una bandera invencible del pueblo coreano que se ha levantado en la marcha por la culminación de la causa revolucionaria del Juche.
The Seoul Central District Court of south Korea on Feb. 2 confirmed the illegality of the "emergency measure" taken by the Park Chung-Hee military fascist dictatorial regime 38 years ago.
The court acquitted Ryu In Thae in a review, who was sentenced to death on charges of violation of the "measure" at that time.
