I am on my 6th one... nice idea.. but it is a piece of $hit ! Don't let them make you pay for return shipping on warranty items!!! fight them, they will pay. And you should be able to listen outside with just earbuds, if you can't.. it is broken . Send it back....It is such a great unit ,they dis...
