@shullbrent86 haha Shullbrent? That's a tpe converter for a sterio/car radio. It tansmits/converts MP3 players, iPods, CD Walkmen, etc. deviced to cassette tape so that you can play your music from such in your tape players. I actually have one for my car. They're pretty cool!
