I'm thinkin' a Metal Slug movie could be awesome. Funny, deliberately over-the-top action, over-the-top narrator (RAWKET LAWNCHAIR).... that could work.

Something about the song, maybe the rhythm, the acoustic guitar, or the drums, just gives it a more steampunk-ish feel to me, which is cool. Steampunk Metalman... hmm... he's not that far off from steampunk already, especially with his cool stage. A few tweaks, and... Mega Man is in the 1800s.

Great job, although I'd make 2 main changes:

1:During "They watched them beat him/ They watched them break him", I think you should show those actions; with the "beating" show him getting hit in the face, highlighting his human qualities, and the "breaking him" show some damage to him that makes...

@thejobloshow Keiji Inafune is sort of like the Protomen's interpretation of Proto Man (and later Mega Man). He was their hero, but left them out of disdain for the lack of courage and the complacency he saw in the Japanese video game industry.

Whenever I had to sail somewhere far away, I would aim the King of Red Lions in the right direction and just turn up the volume, look out the window at the sky, and enjoy this song. When I saw Derek's Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess review, I thought he was giving it too much praise. Then, watching this, I was thinking, "Okami did what Twilight Princess couldn't do - make being a wolf awesome." Then I heard 2:44 to 2:57 and 3:09 to 3:19, and I thought, "Yes."

A lot of people will probably disagree, but I feel like Twilight Princess just didn't quite hit the spot for me, at least not in certain areas. One problem I found was that being a wolf got old pretty fast. I always wanted to be human again - and I guess wanting to be human could be like being in...

If I made a list like this, Re-Deads from the Zelda games (especially Ocarina of Time) would have to be on here. THEY SCREECH AND BITE YOU REPEATEDLY!!! Plus they look creepy as all get-out. Especially in Oot.

Also, about Mega Man... in my opinion, the games aren't so cheap. I find them to be a fun challenge with great controls. Even though it's easy to end up dying, usually you don't need luck and retrying and memorization. (Although Mega Man 7 didn't live up to the standard... not even as OK as Mega ...

"Let's just hope Skyward Sword has no water temple, eh?" Well, judging by LInk's face at the end of that clip, he seems to be thinking "Uh oh, it's bad news that they don't like water temples..." He looks kind of sad and guilty with his eyes closed there. Well... better grab my old blue Zora Tunic.

Oh man, that cutscene in Custom Robo... it brings back memories of "WHEN WILL THIS END???" and "Can I PLEASE just get to the action already?!" But I still think that's a great game, by the way.

YES! I'm so glad Mega Man 3's theme made it on here! Although I don't know which I prefer between Mega Man 2's theme and 3's... oh well. Man, hearing Wind Waker's theme reminds me of how much that game doesn't deserve the criticism some people gave it. Gotta play it again...

I love blowing up the Servbots in the Mega Man Legends games, and throwing pigs. Not to mention attacking chickens (and sometimes pigs) in Zelda games.
