About Me:
I have absolutely no interest in hearing stories from people who believe that imaginary magical beings talk to them. If you hear voices then you need medication, not respect. I am an Atheist, that means that I don't buy into any metaphysical madness such as christianity, judaism, islam, buddhism, shintoism, taoism and wicca. I AM THAT I AM.
Don't try to "save" me because I have commited the "unpardonable sin". Mark 3:29 "Whosoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit can never be forgiven." I have denied the power and existence of the holy spirit. So, save all your scripture quotes because I know them all. I am certain that I know more and know them better than you.
I was told once concerning my views on religion "would it kill you to try to show some respect?" I will answer that here and now with a question of my own. Has respect for religion ever killed anyone?
Yes; 911 in The People's Temple Full Gospel Church November 18, 1978. 95, including at least 24 children in Waco TX, April 30, 1993. 2,993 people in New York (in one day) 11 Sep 2001. 733,232 in Iraq, 19,886 in Afghanistan. 11,000,000 in Germany and so on just to cite a few. THAT IS A TOTAL OF 11,757,117 in the last 60 years. That works out to an average of 195,952 human beings destroyed by religion every year, 538 sentient beings a day!
If we don't start disrepecting the nonsense claims christinsanity and islam as a society soon, we will all be killed because on one side you have people who believe that the destruction of the earth will bring back the Cosmic Jewish Zombie and the other side you have people who believe that they will get 72 virgins in heaven if they die a martyrs death. Now imagine the consequences should any muslim power aquire nuclear capability. It's the fundamentalist christian's wet dream.
