Mine started so slightly that I wasn't aware it was even a movement disorder. I thought I just had like cramps or spasms often. Then, yes, they became constant. Mine is a mixed movement disorder of Dystonia and Choreoathetosis- the chorea (for short) is the way I sway pretty fast in my upper body, right (kinda likea dashboard hula girl)LOL Then if you watch my walking videos (there's a couple old ones from June then one in November, you can see how it finally affected my walking. June was easier, but it progressed and now resembles the November video.
