Anybody else notice that there have been at least 3 different versions of the puppet? The newest one just doesn't look right to me.

I'd really like to see a dead on replica of the LP400S Series 2 (smooth concave wheels, low body setting). I have lusted after one ever since I saw Cannonball Run as a kid. Something that doesn't use a V8 (which really doesn't sound right) but maybe the GM L67 supercharged V6 with a manual trans.

I've played drums now for over 25 years, and I can't even imagine the kind of hit accuracy you'd need to be able to play this thing. Moreover, I can't imagine how much weed you'd have to smoke to come up with the idea to turn a toy miniature drum kit into a set of digital triggers.

John Schneider (Bo Duke from Dukes of Hazzard) said this was his real Countach. There were also a couple of VW-based kit cars used for the riskier stunt sequences.

I am blown away by this. Besides the remarkable resemblance, he captured many of the nuances of Freddie's vocal style. The only way this could have been better is if he had worn a yellow leather jacket with buckles. Freddie lives on through you, my friend.

@toughguyv Yes, he drives it. I never said he didn't. But "turning tires in anger" refers to actually running it flat out where that motor belongs, at the track. I'm not a hater either. I love FAST cars. Yes, LOOKS like it could go fast. Maybe. I have no idea.

The thing about Steel Panther is that first and foremost, they ARE '80s LA metal. I for one can't help but wonder what they could do if they decided to put out a non-comedy CD. And kudos to Satchel for having read "How to Paint Your Own Guitar With Spray Cans". Seriously.
