UPDATE: Dec 2009. I've taken down my old video files as they were super old and are of the lowest quality imaginable. I'm still working out and getting back into shape to make some heart vids again. Hopefully, I'll be of good enough quality by mid 2010. Everything is up in the air right now though as I am in the middle of trying to find another job. The distribution company I worked for just went under and laid off EVERYONE! :(
