I'm a Plus Sized lady in desperate need of a fitness overhaul. I'm also uploading crazy stuff I encounter. (under construction) I would like to lose 160 lbs, slowly, overtime. I started walking on the 28th of August, 2010, I believe, and again today (as of July 30th 2010). My current weight is 310. My goal weight is 140 to 150 lbs. Starting on August 3rd (when I get my food stamps replenished) I'll be buying organic foods, produce and lean meats. The 1st week my meat intake will be fish and shellfish. I'm documenting this journey in public in hopes to gain encouragement and enlightenment. If you have advice or are going through what I'm going through, please comment and goodluck as well as thank you.

I will upload updates on my life in general with a focus on weight loss, school (in college), friends, job search, and Youtubing.
